BAG CASE PACKER

Our automatic case packer is a flexible solution that can be adapted to a variety of products; the main cell can be adjusted to many application settings, including work speed, patterns, formats or bag types (stiff, flexible or hard to handle).

The grip-and-drop system of our case packer for bags ensures product handling is performed in a stable and safe manner, with no risk of damaging the products’ quality or positioning.

The automatic case packer cell is equipped with a gripper that can handle more than one bag simultaneously, making it able to work under many different levels of speed, from slow to very high rates. Products can be handled in a variety of positions according to our clients’ needs. A form-and-seal unit can be added to the original robot to create an entirely automated case packer for bags.
